Great Service Dog News!
Some of you may not know that we raised $25,000 to sponsor a PTSD service dog for “K9’s for Warriors.” We named the dog “Dayton” to honor the fallen at our Oregon District mass shooting and the first responders who saved the rest.
The list of need is very long – “Dayton” started down the list at over 300 applicants. We are now at 42! Soon our Warrior and a partner dog will be selected and compatibility scores will begin. Then trust and partnership to follow. Then a graduation at the gorgeous facility in Florida.
